Rebecca graduated from the University of Queensland in 2008 and joined our team, at Townsville Vet Clinic, as a small and large animal practitioner.  Although Rebecca enjoys the variety of mixed animal practice, she is most passionate about treating horses. 

Rebecca has undertaken further study in equine dentistry and will enthusiastically provide dental care to ensure horses’ teeth are maintained in proper order. A horse’s performance, comfort and well being are dependent upon a properly functioning and comfortable set of teeth. As well as equine dentistry, Rebecca also enjoys field work, lameness exams and the odd horse anaesthetic.

Rebecca conducts puppy preschool classes at the clinic most weeks. She is also involved in the AVAPetPep program in which she promotes responsible pet ownership at primary schools around the Townsville area.
