Large Animal Services

In-house services include

• consultations,
• pre-purchase examinations,
• poor performance evaluation, and
• complex lameness examinations.

Diagnostic services include

• radiography,
• endoscopy,
• ultrasonography (tendon and heart) and
• electrocardiography (ECG).

These procedures are more time consuming and specialised and can be performed in the airconditioned examination area.

Reproductive services include pregnancy diagnosis and ultrasound, pre-breeding examination of mares and infertility evaluation of mares and stallions, artificial breeding techniques including fresh and frozen insemination

Routine property visits include vaccinations and health checks, worm drenching, teeth examination and dentistry, colt castrations, minor injuries, skin conditions, lameness and poor performance blood testing.

To help reduce mileage costs we make regular visits to different areas on certain days of each.

Monday afternoon

Herveys Range, Rupertswood, Rangewood, Condon and Kelso

Thursday afternoon
Bluewater, Black River, Jensen, Mount Low Parkway and Bohle

First Wednesday of each month
Calcium, Woodstock, Majors Creek, Oak Valley and Roseneath
